All our delicious takeaways have limited availability and are available on a first-come, first-served basis. We recommend ordering items with a minimum of 45 minute's notice for standard items for same day collection, and 48 hour's notice for Sunday Roasts. Just let us know when you would like to collect your order. Orders by phone will be taken from 10am- 9pm daily. We will do our best to accommodate all orders if the notice periods are not possible - just give us a call and ask!

Our contactless collection point is located at the outdoor terrace at 144 On The Hill (between the olive trees to the left of Richmond Hill Hotel). Please note that we will be maintaining a two metre queue system between customers should the need arise. If you are driving, please note that Richmond is outside of the congestion charge zone.

Payment is required before collection, by card. If you call us to order, we'll take your payment then; and if you submit and online order, we'll give you a call to confirm your details and take payment. If you are ordering alcohol, we may ask for ID verification on collection. 

We serve all of our meals in sanitised eco-friendly biodegradable packaging. Inside your picnic orders you'll find cutlery, napkins,  and hand sanitiser wipes for you to take home. All of our team have completed COVID-19 health and safety training with Praxis42 to adhere to social distancing, enhanced safety, security, and increased hygiene standards.
