Your collection will be ready within 1 hour and 30 minutes of placing your order. We do recommend pre-ordering Sunday Roasts. Lines are open between 7am and 10pm daily. We will do our best to accommodate all orders if the notice periods are not possible - just give us a call and ask!

Our contactless collection point is located outside the terrace entrance of 144 On The Hill (Richmond Hill Hotel, TW10 6RW). Please note that we will be maintaining a physically distanced system between customers should the need arise. If you are driving, please note that Richmond is outside of the congestion charge zone.

Payment is required before collection, by card. When you call us to order, we'll take your payment then and confirm the details with you. 

We serve all of our meals in sanitised eco-friendly biodegradable packaging. Inside your takeaway boxes you'll find cutlery, napkins and hand sanitiser wipes for you to take with you. All of our team have completed COVID-19 health and safety training with Praxis42 to adhere to social distancing, enhanced safety, security, and increased hygiene standards.
